Myrddin Davies

Myrddin has twenty years’ experience in supporting and facilitating business, the food chain and trade development with Welsh food and drink enterprises. He established his own Food and Farming Consultancy in 2018 and is working on a number of trade development initiatives with Welsh brands.

His current work includes the Larder Cymru Welsh Food for Schools initiative and Foundational Economy project which supports the review and introduction of more products from Welsh suppliers and producers into Welsh public sector organisations.
