Your QR code isn’t just for check-ins. It’s your digital business card that lets you exchange contact details instantly with exhibitors and fellow attendees. Once logged in, every code you scan is automatically saved to your account, making it easy to keep track of new connections and follow up after the event. Use it at every meeting and interaction to grow your network.
Attendees

Exhibitor? - Click here for the Exhibitor's Instructions
Login to BusinessWalesExpo.Wales
Click on the login button at the top of the page.
Enter your username and password that you provided when you registered for the event.
Go to 'My-Details' page
When you login to the BusinessWalesExpo.Wales website your personal QR Code is displayed. This is unique to you and is your ticket to the Expo. To gain entry to the event or to any seminars present this QR Code to the staff at the door who will scan it. You do not need to print this code and are encouraged to simply display it on your smart-phone screen.
To share your personal data with an Exhibitor
This is also your digital business card and will enable other website users to see your personal contact details. Present this QR Code to the exhibitor you want to share it with so that they can scan it with their camera.
To scan an Exhibitor's QR Code
Ensure you are still logged in to the Expo website. Open your camera app on your phone and point it at the Exhibitor’s QR Code. Press the link that will appear. You can add notes on this screen to help you remember this exhibitor and interaction at the event. You have now added the Exhibitor’s contact information to your ‘My Details’ page under ‘My Scans’.
