Barcud Shared Services was created in 2012 by a group of four Welsh large scale voluntary transfer (LSVT) housing organisations seeking a tailored, cost effective and Internal Audit service. Barcud Shared Services' procurement function, established in 2021, incorporating procurement expertise across member housing associations.
